The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our carpet install (three bedrooms and three closets) went very smoothly, and two months later we’ve had no issues. The team was done with the installation in about 4-5 hours, so it was really fast. We will definitely be back for other flooring needs in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but felt like I had to promote this company. I chose Velia and her staff because they are a family owned company, had great reviews and were responsive and friendly from the first person who answered the phone to the installers. We needed new carpeting because we were selling our house and wanted it to look nice. Velia is very personable and she came on a Wednesday with samples, and thoroughly explained all my options, suggesting the basic padding and carpet. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. She knew that we wanted to get the carpet installed as soon as possible, and was able to schedule it for that Saturday. The installers were really nice. They knew we have 4 cats and were patient with us having to contain them in different rooms. They were organized and cleaned up after themselves. Since it was raining, they were especially careful to keep the materials dry. I really appreciated the whole team. They obviously care about their customers and truly deserve the great reviews they have received.

Velia was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She said it would take 2-3 days to complete installing luxury vinyl planks in my entire house. That also included demolition and minor repairs. Due to my work schedule, she was really flexible with my installation dates. I decided to make it easier for the installers and moved everything out of the house and into storage so that they can work efficiently without obstacles. The two installers arrived on time and began the demolition and minor repairs. Velia also suggested various options for the repairs needed based on her experience and expertise. Once the demolition and repairs were made, the installers began installing the luxury vinyl planks at such a mind-boggling pace. By lunch time, they were determined to finish the project in one day. They called for reinforcements and two more installers arrived. With four installers, they completed the entire project by late afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Having an 80+ year old house, not every room has a level floor any longer. After a few days, I noticed some of the planks lifting and/or not settling correctly. I called Velia and immediately she contacted her installers. We scheduled a return visit for the installers for an inspection and necessary repair. They arrived and took care of the issues. We love our new floors! It's like a new house for us! We can't thank Velia and her team enough for the amazing work and dedication to satisfaction of their customers. I definitely recommend Jimenez Carpet and Flooring for your next project.
